I (the entrant) consent to VMS 4X4 using my photographs in relation to the Secret Place Photo Competition and:-
agree to grant VMS 4X4 a Licence to use any copyright pertaining to photograph(s) supplied by me for the purposes of promoting the Secret Place Photo Competition and for publishment in the Secret Place Calendar or any other Secret Place promotional material and;
warrant that the copyright pertaining to photographs supplied by me is solely mine to licence and I indemnify VMS 4X4 in respect of any breach of this warranty.
warrant that I have obtained the consent of all persons depicted in the photograph(s) to use the photographs for the purposes of promoting the Secret Place Photo Competition and for publication in the Secret Place Calendar or any other Secret Place promotional material and I indemnify VMS 4X4 in respect of any breach of this warranty; 
authorise VMS 4X4 to use and publish the photographs supplied by me, in any medium and in all forms, including in composite or altered form, alone or in conjunction with any wording or other photographs for any lawful purpose whatsoever;
authorise VMS 4X4 to use my name in connection with the photographs supplied by me, at its discretion;
waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use of the photographs.I acknowledgment that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.This competition and any information provided by entrants is strictly between the entrant and VMS and does not have any affiliation with facebook.
